Is it me?
I got a 2000 GSR harness, and im puttin my hondata p28 on it. not i look up the gsr harness (ecu) and it says that A1 is injector 4, but on my harness it self, there is no wire in A2 or A2 for that matter. then i look at the 99-00 Si harness diagrams, and it seems more correct. but like the first 4 wires i need to change arent existant in the p28 harness. WTF? evap purge? im sooo lost.
Sounds like you need the obd1 pinouts so you know what the connector on the P28 has, and then obd2b (emphasis on the 2B) wiring diagram so you can find the matching signals.
Check out hondada's web site, such as here: http://www.hondata.com/techecuid.html
They sell conversion harnesses to connect your P28 to the 2000 harness..

First of all bro, be more clear. Doesn't make much sense
You will need OBD1 pin-outs, and re-pin the harness yourself if you choose not to get a conversion harness when hooking up a P28. You will also need OBD1 ECU plugs if you also do not have a jumper harness.
HTH.
