97 type r head....will 94 ls integra obd1 IN manifold bolt up, also will 90 ls (DC sport) EX manifold bolt right up.

I heard that the bolt pattern were diffrent. Is this true??? Do you guys think I wasting time with the ls manifold, should I go with a gs-r or type r......If I go type r I believe I have to go to OBD2, and I really don't want too. I'm running OBD0 now.
