Icon4 Lsvtec runs for a second before dying

just got my lsv 'running' today, and i had a reliable tune buddy of mine to put a type r basemap on my p28 with it modified for my injectors and map sensor. basically what happens is itll crank up then run rough, i have to give it a weird pedal tap to keep it running. When i let off, it sputters and dies out. also when i try to just keep it at a solid position on the pedal, my motor just dies out like i have to pedal it weird just to keep it running. my motor is timed correctly but im not sure if my distributor being off would cause it to do that. its a b18b1 and a b16 type r head. 1000cc injectors and 4bar map. i have a header and connecting pipe on, but not the full exhaust. my afrs are reading like 18 and i dont know whether this is reading because of the open exhaust basically or if that is because of my actual af in the engine. any help to get this running is GREATLY appreciated as i am currently scratching my head. i have not ignition timed it yet but the dizzy is positioned straight up and down, i dont have a lower timing cover either to try to time light it. PLEASE HELP

also i would like to know whether its because of my throttle cable, it is a sk2 throttlebody with the aftermarket throttle wheel. i tightened it so its not completely closed. would that cause this issue too?
i will post a video if i can
