okay, sorry to post this, but ive been searching for a while for info on this and cant find any mention of it here. ive been given conflicting advice on my project:

b18ls block with a gsr head. which pistons to use? ive been told that ls pistons will work and ive been told that i must switch to b16 pistons.

any help??

 

LS pistons will work, or you can use the b16 pistons to up the compression. Any oem b series piston will work other than the b20.

 

actually, there are many theads about which piston to use in an ls/vtec setup.
