K20 into DA integra
I wanted to know how would i go about puttin a K20 into my DA i know that they make the mounts for an EF and i heard that it can be put in using EF mounts but i have to mock up the axels in order to make it fit i was wondering if there was any other way of doing it?

The DA came with a b-series motor, right? about the same motor that came in the 94-01 integra LS( if you have a b18a, and not the b17) maybe you can use the mounts for the newer integra in your DA. e-mail tech support at hasport, and ask them. But I don't think any mounts ment for an EF will work with a DA. the EF has a d- series stock.

so like yea i emailed them and they said no.....the only real way that i can put a k20 into my DA is to take the bottom end off of an RSX and retrofit it to my chassis.....hopefully they come out with some motor mounts soon though....

well ive been doing some research and it seems the safest way to put a k20 in is to take the bottom end from a RSX and retrofit it to the DA chassis....

Maybe all of us DA teg types should build up a lot interest, and keep e-mailing Hasport about dropping in a K series motor? After all, how did the import revolution begin? With someone wanting to do something different...build a car or cars that were currently not supported by the aftermarket. I would personally love to have a K powered DA, but as we are all seeing, our car doesn't get too much love.

sounds good i got a 91 gs in my friends garage just sitting there because it needs a motor bought it for 300 bucks. i would love to do a k series swap. plus i need to bug them about a hydro to cable swap for my rex

I know right!!! It kills me that they get to have EVERYTHING. The DA is their bigger brother...pay homage...anyways. If I had the means, I would engineer some mounts...but alas, I do not have a CNC machine or welding equipment at my disposal. Maybe someday...
