ITR Valvesprings Same as B16s??

ITR Valvesprings Same as B16s??
are the B16 Intake valvesprings the same as the ITR Exhaust valvesprings (Both Inner & Outer)?
if i install the ITR intake springs, then take my intake springs on the b16 and install those in place of the exhaust springs, would i have the same setup as an itr?
