Intermediate shaft and axles the same?
Hey, got a question regarding a swap that my friend is doing. He's going to be putting in a B18B1 into a 98 Civic. He needs the intermediate shaft and axles. Will these be the same out of an 1986-1988 Acura Integra 1.6L (sorry, I don't know the engine code
) He has a chance to get the whole car cheaper than it would cost for the shaft itself. Will this work w/ what he's doing? Thanks a lot.

NO WAY...he'll need axles from one of these vehicles:
- 94-00 Integra
- 99-00 Si coupe
- 93-96 DOHC VTEC Delsol Si
86-89 integra axles are D-series axles, your friend needs B-series axles. D-series axles are not compatible with a B-series engine.
