Intake mani. question
Hey guys, first off let me say that i have fallen in love with this board. Everyone is awesome and i appreciate the help you guys have given me. with that being said, i have yet another question.
Okay i have a 1st gen b16a1 that i have converted to obd1 to fit into my 93 civic hatch. My question is, is there anything that i need to do to the stock b16 intake manifold to make it work in my car? i didn't think so sense my map sensor was already located on the firewall, i kinda figured that was the bigest thing. also it doesnt have injectors in it yet, and my friend gave me a set of gsr injectors that are practically new. are there any problems with me using these?
thanks to everyone for the help in advance

The only issues (not a big deal really) that could arise that I can think of would be the amount of vacuum lines on the manifold as oppose to you chassis. If they don't all match up, normally you can "T" one into another and so on. Also getting the proper throttle cable and hold bracket so it's not ghetto'd on there.

You can use any OBD1 or OBD2 B series or D series injectors. Just get OBD1 so they will be plug and play with your injector clips or you'll need to switch the clips if you use OBD2.

well, i have a brand new 94-95 del sol throttle cable for it. and i can get my hand on plenty of T's. I think the injectors are obd2 ones, is it a big deal to switch the clips? if so, do u know anyone with some obd1 injectors, lol. thanks man
sorry man, im a tard. i will just use the injectors out of my stock d-series motor. are there in differences in the flow of the injectors between the stock d-series and the gsr ones?

Yes, you can, BUT you have to use the OBD0 b16 TB, if not you will have a massive vacuum leak. you will have to make a couple things work, but it will work on a b16 (any OBD).

awesome, i have the obd0 throttle body on there. the only reason i am using that is because everything is already on there. my friend gave it to me that way. i have two other intake mani's that are obd1 and obd2 but they are completely bare. i know my map sensor is on the wall. so what is involved in making the obd0 mani work.
thanks
thanks
