I was looking to buy a civic hatchback with a gsr engine, v-afc, and i/h/e, the only problem is that it's an out of state vehicle so it needs to be inspected no matter how new it is. I'm from Connecticut which isen't as bad as most states from what I hear, but do you guys think I will pass? If not, what would help me pass?

 

Also, does anyone know if out of state vehicles need a visual inspection or just an emissions test?
