How much is this worth?

How much do you guys think this is worth, a usdm 94 prelude h22 motor (only) with a 170 000miles, runs fine but puffs a little. Just trying to get an idea to see if I should pick it up.

it should be really cheap because there is no way in hell someone is going to put a motor with that many miles in a vehicle and not rebuild it.
