How fast

I was just wondering how fast would an ef with a h22 with h I E run quarter fully gutted

i just want an estimate or any type of h22 in an ef with any mods or stock i just want some numbers to throw out there and see if its worth the money and the work...

I've seen some in EG's that have been stripped out.... On average prolly around 13.3's or so.. I personally hate H22's, maybe in an Accord but that's about it... B18C for me please...
