Wow... how pathetic to make it a personal vendetta and go after me for the past 2 months now when you ripped me off, and I never did anything the sort to you. FYI, no charges has been brought to me and I wonder why the police had the "imformant"..... maybe because it you who was jealous & upset for whatever reason.

There is nothing to do with my business or the car-related stuff... this has already been proven and this case is under investigation already for unlawfull acts done. I'm not worried about this, nor do I feel this will effect my business since I've been going at this strong, have the products in stock at a good price, and have the knowledge of how things work and how they're done. JDMshit is still a valid business and provides excellent service. If you feel you want to get your products elsewhere, that's your choice but I have not had 1 single customer complaint in the past 2 years of our business.

If you look at your 2 posts, and whatever posts you've done regarding this, you'll see that it's only YOU who is making such a big deal out of this? Why, have I truely ripped you off? If so, this is the place to hear about it. But since I haven't, you're just making it a personal vendetta to slam me here. Agreed with others... this isn't the place for personal slander if it doens't include Honda-related material, especially if I haven't ripped you off through my business, which is what most people want to know rather than personal **** - they'd rather want to know what type of business person I am to deal with, which you've said nothing negative about.

I don't feel I have to defend myself with this bullshit because I know where I stand here and I know that nothing's been charged against me. Damn, Dave I got suspended for computer related stuff too. My friend was taken to court over a little computer prank also. When ever it comes to a computer crime the courts or local authorities want to make it into the biggest deal ever to set an example.

you guys are beating on h22ek for taking it to far.. which is fine, whatever maybe he has. BUT this does affect ppl, i dont know how newman conducts his business but its <U>Identity Theft</U> if you give him your credit card, whats to stop him from keeping your credit card info, and using it later? This is TOTALLY HYPOTHETICAL, im not saying that he has or did, he probably hasn't. But its something to think about, im not picking sides, i really could care less, but in that sense yes its car related, and thats why i bring this up. Now if he only accepts paypal and **** like that.. then its not possible. And in which case throws everything ive said out the window and then probably this isnt car related. And people do make mistakes in life, you live and you learn, maybe he learned and there is no reason for ppl to trip out.

He was in posession of a computer with digital ID cards on it. They made the connection saying it could be used for identity theft. No where did it ever say that he ever attempted to do an identity theft scheme. It was just another charge they were trying to pin on him. It's so obvious.
