If you have everything to upload a tune yourself, why don't you just learn to tune it? Its really not that difficult, break it down into smaller steps. Get it to start. Then idle. Then free rev. Then putt around. Slowly work into it.
Dyno is irrelevant. If you don't have the confidence to tune it, call that far away tuner you are insinuating you will be using, and they would prob be best to do it for you.
I mostly street tune, I've gotten cars within 1% of max power just on the street. Dyno tested years later, and was already at max break torque. I'm self taught. If I can, anyone can lol
