i need information on swapping a k20a3 with an automatic tranny into my 2002 civic automatic. I want to know if its possible and what i should look out for. Also i need to know the best place to find the engine and tranny.

 

The problem is that The Si is does not have an auto (someone please correct me if i am wrong). The SI motor (k20A3) is not the best motor to start with, if i was you i look for a K20a2 (RSX type s) or a K20a-R (Jdm type R). You are going to need a motor mount kit ( http://www.hasport.com/Product...1.htm ) and i would talk to HASport about if the motor mount kit with work for auto. Keep us posted.
