H2B eg coupe issues
Hey guys, I’ve been stumped on this and nearly narrowed it down to the ecu but I have a few questions maybe someone will be able to help with.
Here’s the backstory
95 prelude h22a swap ran perfectly fine in the prelude, had a chipped p13 in it running a resistor box, never had an issue with engine at all. So the car was wrecked and decided to throw the swap in a ex model eg coupe that I bought with blown z6 motor. Before I put the h22 in it I decide why the hell not go H2B so I purchased the plm H2B kit put it in the civic. Swapped the injectors out with saturated h22a4 injectors and running a chipped p28 with a h22a4 basemap. The thing ran like straight crap, so I kept swapping out computers with chipped p05’s - p06’s stock p28 tried them all.. I said screw it, wired up an injector resistor box threw the original injectors back in, put in the p13 and the injectors aren’t pulsing (confirmed with noid lights) so I took that chip out of the p13 and put it in the p28 (now the injectors are pulsing per the noid light) but the damn thing will not run at all…. Is the p13 burnt up? There does look like a ic6 resistor on the board could be burned out on the p13 but it’s hard to tell because there’s no burn marks on the board, but if the p28 with the h22 basemap chip is pulsing the injectors and I have spark shouldn’t it start or is the p28 bad also? This was a virgin p28 that came with the eg that I had socketed and it will run a single just fine I even put it in my crx with a b20 swap (obd1 converted) with a p75 basemap and it runs it fine…. What am I missin or should I jus suck it up and buy another 92-96 p13 ecu and run it stock With peak and hold injectors with the resistor box?
