If I was you ill go with the h23, its alot more powerful then the weak b16, plus you dont have to rev all the way to 8000 to get power, the h23 i believe goes to 6700? (both has 160 hp, in this case its better to get there quicker instead of revin all the way to 8000) anywho, my friend owns both a h23 prelude and a 00 civic si, the h23 is much better, and if you want to be quicker on the freeway, the h23 tranny is better, whenever he shifts to 4th in hes prelude it starts to walk away from the civic si, hope this helped.

deffinentley go with the H23, it's got 160 Hp and 160 torque where as the b16 only has 160/111. Also, turbo h23 is insane. You'll need a set of mounts, i reccomend HAsport, and you'll need to get axles (2g integra) and an older accord mid shaft thingy.

If you don't plan on doing anything but straight line, go with the H23
EF's, EG's, and EK's all have mad understeer with an H-series motor.

OK, first of all you are obviously not mature enough to have a normal discussion without resorting to name calling. Secondly, a couple of my buddies run h22's in their EG's and EF's and said that it was not worth it and they have mad understeer. The only reason I even responded in this forum was because I was considering an H-series swap in my crx, and decided against it because of this. I considered my options and bought a prelude. (where the H-series belongs)

Dont be so ignorant, and consider the FACTS, a H-series civic will NOT perform as well around a corner than a B-series, case closed. Don't even bother responding to this post if you don't really want opinions, If an H-series is working out well for you, than good, just don't resort to name calling. It makes you look stupid and ignorant. I'm done.

Oh, and yes I have driven one. (actually two)
