Pointless post. And besides he probably meant, measuring from the ground to what point on the car.
They have nearly the same with +/- .5" However, the type of suspension and header you have will be the biggest factor. When my d was in I had easily a 5-6 finger gap. After the h went in I had barely 4. Not only that, but if you are measuring from your header down then it will entirely depend on the design of the header.
Most of all, if this is what you are basing your decision on for the mounts, you are wasting your time. Hasport has the name, HCP has the value. The choice is yours to make.

just wanted to know on the lowest point of the motor wether it be the header or oil pan. it'll most likely be the header (an-r). i didn't think there would be much of a ground clearance differance between the two just wanted to be sure
