Default H22 Into OBD2 Integra

My friend has an OBD2 Integra and bought an H22 swap.

The top ECU is the OBD2 Integra ECU and the bottom is of the H22 ECU that was provided. The guy told us that it's an OBD2 H22 ECU however the Integra's harness does not clip in. So this must be an OBD1 H22 ECU? If so, does anyone recommend where he can get an OBD2 to OBD1 Harness?

Second question, the engine harness that we recieved, only 2 of the plugs plugged up and the colors don't match ... Is it because it's an OBD1 engine harness?

I did try searching but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

The bottom ECU is the OBD-1 4WS P13 ECU, just like this one.....

You can use it with an OBD-2 to 1 harness on your OBD-2 car and not use the small plug for in the middle..... might throw a code 36 but otherwise will not do any harm or hinder any performance on the motor.
