Default Guys I need help badly..

Hi,to all my family of honda-tech.
I need help you guys out here.I got my honda civic 88dx hb swap to Integra B18A1 DOHC ZC non-vtec have a black valve cover with the bolts on that sides. Are running smooth a couple months. I drive everyday to work.
I just wonder the following day my car won't start just getting a crank only. I tried to find the main problem for about 3 weeks but still no improvement at all.I got a Big headache for my honda.this is faulty as of my observe.

I use ECU PM6 is getting throwing code 15, fault Ignition output signal. right?
I replaced the dizzy right away because the black/yellow wire for igniter there is no Voltage.basically i use dizzy TD23U? Is this correct for my MOTOR?
please correct me i need to know what dizzy to be use for my MOTOR is it OBD0 right?
and then when i atempt to start second times?the main relay won't click and ENGINE CHECK Light on..tried to start then Motor got Crank.
this is headache for me.new dizzy and SparPlug then i got same code throwing 15?
anybody there to help me this problem, I appriciated.

If the main relay isn't clicking then its faulty. Try a new one.

thanks for the reply, but when replaced an other ECU PR4 it was working properly then faulty throwing 5 water temp sensor?

You need a pr4. That's a stock b18a1 ecu.

ok thank you, do you have any idea about which distributor to be used for PR4?

I believe you need the stock distributor B18 since the PR4 is the stock B18 ecu........

What is the car wired as OBD1/OBD0?

The main relay and ECU share a common ground located on the thermostat housing.
If it is disconnected, you can crank all day, but that's all you get + a solid CEL.

Someone did a dual port fuel injection to multi point injection swap on your car at one point.

Ive done a few on prior cars and i ran into your same situation it ended up being disconnected.

I think it was pin number c1 at the ecu and it connects to the blue/green wire at the distributor.

Guys thanks a lot all of you for the reply and i am really sorry for my delay response. Basically I'm too busy for a couple days. now i will do today guys this some information about my car problems.i will let you know later regarding of my car if it is working and get more improvement.once again i appreciated you guys to help me to figure out to ran back my car.God bless you all.
