Default fpr and gauge took a dump

Well my car has been running really rich lately and i was thinking about taking my fpr and gauge and fuel rail off and putting the stock back on. Well tonight i am driving home from work, and my car starts to bog, so luckly i am like 2 mins away from home, i get in and look under the hood, and it my gauges says i am pushing almost 80psi WTF?! So i was wondering if i can put on a stock accord fpr and rail, will it run enough fuel. I have an f22 and h22 fpr laying around, but i cant tell the difference. I need to figure this out before tomarrow afternoon, because i have work.

BTW its a 95 accord with 95 h22 in it
