Evrything went great thanks to you guys.! There is only one hitch the cel no longer works. On the surface this is cool but what happens if there is a problem? What if there is a problem how would anyone know if it ran good?? Here's the set up if you have any Ideas...
1 98civic cx
2 98ex harness
3 98jdm itr.
4 extension wire for the o2
5 extend vtech wire
6 hook it all up and bolt it all up and fill it up.
7 crank it up (holy **** it ran first try. no cel, no leaks, this thing is awesome!)
8 drive a while and it seems good
9 turn it off and back on not starting the engine and the cel dosent even work. WTF

Iam not sure that is a bad thing but it cant be good. If you have any thaughts on the deal please help.
