Default Failed BAR. Please help

The guy said I barely failed. I have an obd 1 b18b1 with stock exhaust manifold, stock cat, crust bent 2.25" exhaust with stock gsr muffler, and JDM b16 intake arm and box.

I just bought the car. I have checked the spark plug wires or distributor cap and stuff. It seems that the car misses a little bit in the 1500-2000 rpm range. Maybe it's the spark plugs or something causing it. Also, i think the b16 airbox is relatively small compared to the stock LS one. Maybe this is causing the car to run a bit rich? Maybe I should switch to stock LS intake. Also, the timing is perfectly TDC. I use 91 octane gas

Any help with this would be GREATLY appreciated.
