Default F2b build

I recently acquired an F20b from an accord with a spun rod bearing.
planning to rebuild the block with an f23 bottom end using the rods and crank.
I was told you can use K20 pistons, what modifications have to be made for them to work?

Why don't you just use the F23 motor. It's a stout block. Will take boost well, should you decide to do that. You could always Frankenstein it with an H22 head. Are you talking about the F20B that came out of the Euro Accord? The blue top?

so you're wanting to put the F20B rotating assembly in the F23 block and reuse the F20B head?

the K20A pistons are the ones that will work in the F23A block. you'll need something different for the F20B block as the bore is smaller. i've not researched it yet, but i think the F20B rods are different from the F23A, as well as compression heights.

is the f20 block iron sleeves?

as far as what mods need to be made nothing if there forged unless runing big cams then you have to clay the motor & maybe flycut them.

if there oem pistons then the offset is wrong & they sit in the block backwards so youd have to have your valve reliefs open on the exhuast side to match the bigger intake vlave.

rdx injectors you can use im sure some sort of space will be needed....trial & error

the pistons are not in backwards and the sleeves are FRM running stock cams
