What is going to be the best bang for my buck swap wise F20b or H23 or any suggestions would be helpful , keep in mind tho I have a 2000 Lude Type SH

 

There is no F20B or H23 swap if you intend to keep the SH transmission... only the rare H22A Type S specifically created for the "SH" transmission. If you intend to disable the ATTS system, you can use any DOHC H type engine with a conventional transmission.
