Default Engine Stand Question

I'm going to start working on the DOHC ZC engine that I've had sitting for a little while. I borrowed an engine stand and I understand there are four bolts that go from the engine stand and bolt to the bell housing area of the engine. My concern is since the block on the engine is aluminum will the stress from these 4 bolts holding the engine cause damage to the block? I know people use these things all the time on larger (V6, V8) engines with cast iron blocks. This is my first time using an engine stand on an aluminum block engine. Just looking for some feedback. Thanks!

My h sat on an engine stand for 5 months before I put it in (and only 3 of the mounting bolts lined up). You'll be fine.
