Default Engine Harness question

I had a GSR swap in a 88 hf, i pulled the motor along with the harness attached. I then put the motor with the hf harness into a 91 si. Now the car will not start, is it the harness or something else. The motor will turnover, getting fuel and spark but just will not start. Suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

just a rule of thumb use the harness out of the car that you are swaping.. same harness same car
