Default ecu question h22a

Hi I have a 94 accord with jdm h22a swap. I have the stock p13 in it now. I have a question when i got the car the kid had another ecu on the side it says p-75 however on the top it says p28 hondata ready just with a permanent marker. He had hondata on there previously on a boosted motor. Then he put the h22a instead. Out of curiousity what would or could happen if I hooked that ecu? Would my vtec just not engage if its a p75 or by doing so could bad things happen and i should not even attempt? If its a p28 with a tuned hondata on it sweet but just curious what the outcome could happen if its not. Thanks much appreciated.

wrong tune for you car. might not run, or if it does run, it'll run rough. you'll need to have it re-mapped/tuned for your car.
