differences in stock suspension

itr or gsr suspension/brake combo
I have a 93 civic hatch and was thinking of upgrading to gsr or typeR suspension and brakes. How much better would the two be than my stock suspension/brakes. Obviously the typeR is much better but i could get the gsr much cheaper. What do you guys think i should do?
