D16A6 help

I'm putting a b18a1 in my 89 sedan, staying obd0
was wondering if I could use an ECU from a 91 EX sedan Multu-point

so it will run my b18a1 with no issues? and alsot he b18 was obd1 but I can run it obd0 correct?
