i didn't know the pulley was smaller.

Here's how you figure it out.

Get some string and wrap it around the two pulleys. Remove and measure the string. Multiply inches by 25 to get millimeters. Pivot the alternator forward/backward to find minimum and maximum belt sizes.

The alternator belt is a 4 groove belt. Belt size will begin with "4pk".

For example my b16 w/ctr pulley uses a 4pk735 alternator belt.

I believe it's a 295mm belt.

I'm glad I don't have that pulley on my car anymore. I believe it was the culprit to my bearings failure and my crank to "walk".

Crank walk would be due to worn out thrust washers. Also happens when you put them in backwards (they wear out VERY quickly when in backwards)

I can't picture using a 295mm belt since my b16 uses a 735mm belt. Did you mean 925mm?

Your answer is in the third post. Please post the belt size after you've installed it.
