okay, yes i searched and it came out to be that code 20 was a electrical load probem? i honestly dont know what to check from here.....has anybody had a problem like this if so what did u check?

o and my symptons are POOR throttle reponse when car reaches opertaing temp, and sometimes the car hesitates (slows down, speeds back up, slows down again)

that code also came up when putting obd1 b18b into my cousin's 97 hx. i found out one of my connections leading to the ecu were loose. i went by what the helms' flowchart. check voltage on the pinouts on ecu and narrow down it to my problem.
