Default Civic swap

I got a 2000 civic I just put a d16y7 in it. It’s got a harness from a 1997 civic with a 37820-p2n-a22 computer in it. I can’t get any power to the fuel pump. I was wondering what pins I have to swap in the ecu

That doesn't work... and the solution has been covered like over a thousand times... for God sakes, search man !!! Here is some spoon-feeding to get you started: You MUST use a '99-00 engine harness and the corresponding parts to work with it (distributor, CKF, knock, etc.). You will also need a '99-00 ECU or an OBD-2B -> OBD-2A conversion harness with the current ECU.
