Default Check engine light problems and main harness

So, I'm having a problem with my honda civic hatchback with a gsr engine, well the think is that my check engine light came on and the code is #1 but I disable all the sensor and still coming up! So if anyone can help I really will appreciate it. Could be a problem with the main harness that doesnt belong to that engine or what? Pleaseeeeee help

How sure are you the code is 1 instead of 10 ? If you actually have a code 10, check your IAT sensor and make sure the proper wiring/plug is connected to it (wire colors are green/white and red/yellow), then remove the IAT sensor and make sure the probe end isn't burnt/damaged.
