Default CEL 91 fix-- need help though

I've searched around on the board and can't an find immediate answer to my question so I thought I'd ask some. First off I have a 96 OBD2 Civic CX with a 98 OBD2 GSR swapped by myself, but has CEL 91. I have found that only 96+ EX Civic coupes have a fuel tank pressure sensor. All 98+ integras have a fuel tank pressure sensor. As far as I can tell, all you have to know is what the operating voltage is on the light green wire (Ptank) loacted on plug D (smallest) in pin 15 is, then figure out a way to reproduce the same voltage through another source. I can't gaurentee that this will work, but It's worth a shot.
