i have a obd2b civic ex with an 95 obd1 vtec engine. it will not rev past 5500 rpm there is a cel light on for iac motor. i dont think that is the issue any help please????

 

i had the same problem with my first swap. mine ended up being that one of the injector plugs/clips was loose. make sure they are all secure. thats the only thing i could think of. mine stoped at 5500 rpm aswell. all was perfect after that. hope this helps, good luck
