add some money and do a nice B20Vtec...

Lets see:

B20B block about $1000 shipped form hondamotorsonline
Vtec head about Between $500-$650
SI or GSR tranny between $600-750
Then you have quite a bit left over to get the little stuff...

Im pretty sure you could do it all for about 3500...you would like it ALOT more than a b16...

B20 and LS/VTECs are illegal in Cali.

What I'd suggest is keeping the B16 until you can afford a GS-R block. Use the B18C1 block with the b16A head, while keeping the PR3 (I think) pistons.

Edit: Your mom is cool.

I agree with that, my mom is cool in that she even let's me do what I do to my car and supports me in it. Although she is getting into it and wants to do something to her Accord...

Save a little more and get a h22a--it will be so much worth it in the long run.

Ahhhh ok, well since you got access to a truck/trailer I can get you the swap for $2450 shipped to port - you pick it up at the nearest port (If your interested let me know and IM me your location and ill see where yah gotta head - shouldnt be that far though) That $2450 includes port charges and customs as well!
