beaters = for daily driving

project cars = get engine swaps.

 

If you are looking for more power from a stock setup, swap in a larger honda motor. Swapped motors are no less reliable than the stock one you have in there already.

oops. i didnt clarify. i just came up on a shell... and it needs a complete engine and tranny

 

for a daily beater...maybe an ls, or a b20. cheap, and torquey...perfect for just beatin around in. thats just my opinion though.

so for a daily driver i would say h22. dont need anything major done to it and it will still be fast and reliable.
