I believe the B16 specs are appropriate to torque the head-bolts down to.

Just out of curiosity, what pistons do you plan on running? With my B20/VTEC build I'm looking at 11.5:1 pistons [KMS], stock rods and crank, ARP hardware, and a GSR head. Cams are important as well, if you're looking at making a lot of top-end power - I'm still looking into cam choices, but I'll most likely end up going with something a bit more daily-driver friendly from Blox.

Oh, and enjoy the low-end torque. B20/VTEC ftw.

i have je pistons and rods 9:1 compression i have an ls crank, and a b16 head with skunk s valves and retainers and gsr cam's but im probably going to get type r cams and thinking about a p73 ecu also. and i am going to be turbo'd also. in the hatch im putting the b20 in i have a stock ls and once that comes out im building it for NA an ls/vtec. going to plan on about 12:1 or 13:1 compression de-stroked so i will have a lot of low end
