Can you use acura LS distributor or any other on INtegra type r motor.??

Is there a difference between them in performance or any other things..mine went bad and wanted to change it and i have some LS distributors they look alike i would say on outside what about the coil and inside ..will they produce enough sspark etc...

any thoughts!!
