B16a2 won't start :(
finished my swap...and I went to start it...nothing happened...I can hear a click coming from under the dash, and i don't think that the fuel pump is coming on....
PLEASE HELP YOUR MODERATOR!!!!!

If your fuel pump is not coming on check the main relay located under the dash then check your ecu pins. we had this problem on a H22 we had 2 pins mixed up and one was the fuel pump but it still cranked. Then try to run an extra ground from the motor to the chassis. Make sure you battery ground is going to a clean spot on the car. ocmotorsports.tripod.com

Yo but youre a Black Ops/SDS/turbo-b16awesome-mafia/red corp/sigma-delta/a1 mod vtec association member, you know something like that, shouldnt you know more than all of us, i mean christ with all of the 10,500 post one or two of them might of been regarding this swap....oh wait thats right 99% of them were telling ppl their car is rice, and or to do a search cuz the topic had already been covered. Maybe if all the time u spent wasnt on trying to be cool (which didnt work) and instead on trying to learn and keeping your yapper shut, maybe you would have learned something by now. Oh and by the way its a b16 swap man, not brain surgery, im sure you can figure it out on your own, You do have 10K+ posts an all, that must count for something right??????

But you've got 10,000+posts! You shouldn't have to watch a son or some stuff like thatJ/K - seriously, I've seen Honda master techs struggle with silly **** like a car not starting after a swap, so don't feel bad.

God I ******* love when tools with 232 posts think they can waltz in and shoot off at someone who is actually respected. Let's just assume for a second that you are correct and 99% of his 10,500+ posts were telling people their car is rice and or to do a search. 99% of 10,500 is 10,401. That means Drag has posted 10,401 more useful comments than what you ever have. So what is your deal? Are you a ricer? Do you have a hella-tite WW body kit with tizzite 18s y0? Did he tell you to do a search when you asked if a Tanabe sounded better than a Weapon R? Did that offend you kiddo?
By the way - a 14.8 is almost a 15. A 15 ******* sucks donkey nuts - especially on an FI car. Maybe you should get that thing tuned or something. Absolutely pathetic . . .

Hey DragII, check this:
1. Check the small lead off of the starter and make sure it's fully bolted down in the fuse box under the hood.
2. Check the under dash "starter signal" fuse
3. Run a wire from the positive terminal on the battery straight to the small lead on the starter to see if the starter will even engage - if not then you have a bad starter. You're running a diretc power source to it, so nothing else could be the prob then if it still won't engage.
Good luck. In terms of the SWAP, the starter is pretty much the only thing that could keep you from turning the motor over.
