I have a 99 SI and puting in a B18b1. What do the large plugs go to? They are the biggest ones and there is 2 of them.
Also how many wires go to the Vtec seloniod? I have 2 extra plugs over by the distributer. since I don't have vtec anymore I know I don't have to hook these up but I am wondering if only one hooks to the vtec and the other is supposed to go somewhere?

It's always a good idea to label what the plugs are or where they go before you remove them. If you can be more specific about the plugs: amount of wires, color of wires, etc. or better yet take some pics. That would help with trying to help you identify what they are.

I figured out the big plugs. Thanks for the info on the Vtec solenoid, that solves that problem.
Now all I have left is three wires. Two are in the black tubing and have female butt connectors on them. They are perfect length to hook up to the altenator but they don't.
The other wire too has a female butt connector and is long enough to hook up to the knock sensor. The knock sensor is already hooked up though.
These are the only wires with butt connectors, any ideas?
