Default b16a or b18c5

I own a 1991 crx hf. I was wondering if it would be better to go with the b16a or the b18c5 engine. This will be more of a daily driver than for drag. Thank you for any information that you can provide.

Depends on how much $ you have, and what kind of deal you can get on the swap.

Well if you have 8000 to spend you could get the b18c5 and install that and have a couple grand left or you could get the b16 installed and maybe turbocharge it and still have a grand or two left. If it is just a daily driver then go for the b18c5 but if you want a street/strip terror do the b16 turbo.

id buy a GSR block and completely build it, it would kill a C5 and still b more reliable than a B16 on FI.

You can't pass up 3500 for the B18c5. So, where you getting it for that price?

I've seen the B18c5 go for up to 6500. where did you find it for 3500?
are you sure its not a B16C1?

If you got the money, and can get it for that price, get the B18c5

What the hell is a B16C1?

And what kind of question is this anyway? B18C5 vs. B16A.. come on now, my pet turtle can answer that one. The only reason I'd pick a B16A over a B18C5, is if I couldn't afford the C5. How about you buy the C5, and I'll give you my B17A for it.
