B series

I heard that you can turn a b16 engine into a type r pretty easy. New Crank, Header, Pistons, Rods.... Is this true? Can you really swap parts across the b series like that?

you can swap over pretty much the whole valvetrain, along with pistons and intake manifold, etc.
