Default Axel problem...need help ASAP

I'm taking out my GSR engine right now and I have got the passenger side axle out (had to use a ball joint remover to hammer it loose) but the driver side one will not budge. I was wondering if anybody has any tips for me to help me get this one out.
I have been pulling at and trying to strong arm it out for about an hour and it hasn't even budged

any help would be appreciated

Are you referring to popping the lower ball joint on the driver side, or actually removing the axle from the tranny?

I say spay it down with WD40 and let it sit for a while then try to hammer it out.
