Default Auto Motor

I can swap an auto b18b in my 94 coupe-manual, but i want the b18b manual so ill have to get a new transmission and new IM right for it to work. Also all the axles and shiftlinkage and stuff. But it will working right? Im just checking to see if im missing anything.

u just need the tranny and transmission mounts, 5speed intermediate shaft, flywheel, clutch(and linkage like fork, throwout bearing ect.), shift linkage, ecu, and 5speed throttle body. Auto is smaller.
