I converted my 96' civic ex from auto to 5-spd and have been running my auto ecu for over a year now. I recently purchased a 5-spd ecu (96') and when I plugged it in my idle started to go crazy and I threw a code 14 (Idle Air Control system).

Are there some wires on the ecu harness that have to be added/deleted or switched around? Would it even be benificial to swap ecu's for any performance gains?
