I think I've just been scammed by a guy in SF by the name of Brian Wong. He always insists on being paid up front, then sends some shady stuff. I paid for a 99 JDM ITR swap in January. When I finally got the shipment, it did not have an ITR Trans. It had an s80. Which could be either an ls or gsr trans. Worth about a grand less than what I paid for. He insisted I send it back before he sent me the right trans. Reluctantly, I did it. Now, it is the middle of may. I still have no transmission for the swap I paid for in January, and he won't return emails, phone calls or IM's. If anyone has any information on how I can get in touch with him, please let me know. Also, depending on how this is handled, I may be leading a lawsuit against Brian and his "business". Anyone else who would like to jump on board let me know.

 

Sounds odd, where Brian is always a legit person and is one who is against scammers - not being one so I find this a little hard to believe. I see that you posted up in 4 other forums with the same message. Ever try PM'ing him or IM'ing him? He's very quick to respond. BTW, S80 IS an ITR tranny.
