About deck height - B18C and B20B?
Hi.
Is there any difference at - B20B/Z and B18C sleeved block deck height? Is there any problem to use pistons for B20B/Z at B18C?
Thank you!

same height... only different is bore size and crank size. the b18c bore is 81mm and stroke is 87.2mm where as the b20b/z bore is 84mm and stroke is 89mm
Wait so you want to use b20b/z pistons for a sleeved b18c block? or use b18c oem pistons for b20 block? because you cant. The b18c pistons are 81mm

Why would you use OEM pistons in a sleeved block? If you've spent the money to get the sleeved block then get a good set of aftermarket pistons with a better profile and better compression. The 2618 alloy of the aftermarket piston is much better than the cast OEM one and if you use like a Wiseco piston, most of their shelf stock pistons come with a skirt coating on them as well.
and bearing rod thickness are different. B20B is like a B18B and B18C bearing is thickless.
and allright with ERL Preformance.
and better: make only a 84mm or 85mm bore B18C: better crank, better block (oil spray) and less stroke then better rpm use.

I think the OP means a forged piston designated for the b20. As long as it has large enough valve reliefs and a nearly stock compression height, it will be fine. The piston must be [down] in the hole enough to account for rod stretch.
