No they are not the same.
The '94-up 'teg AC bracket will have P30 cast into it.
The '94-'95 DOHC VTEC Del Sol AC bracket has P54 cast into it.

Thanks. I should have been more specific. Will both work for a 92-95 Civic AC compressor?
If u want to user stock civic compressor u need the Del Sol.
IF you want to use the integra compressor, u need to modify AC lines.
