Default 4 wire 02 sensor installation help

I need a little help/clarification on how to wire the 4 wire 02 on my 1st gen B16. I am currently using a OBD0-OBD1 conversion harness from Boomslang. Their instructions say to add 3 wires and use the existing o2 wire on the OBD0 harness. Basically what I'm asking is, is do I just solder the 4 o2 sensor wires to the conversion harness (not using any plugs/connectors)? I'm just asking because if I solder these wires, what happens when the o2 goes out? That means I'll have to cut the o2 off and resolder a new sensor on, right?

If you solder all the way from ECU to 4 wire o2, you will be sorry.
I'm in the middle of figuring this out right now, myself.
Right now I'm thinking of using 3 connectors for the o2 wiring.
1 right at the ECU inside the cabin, 1 at the shock tower just like the stock harness and one just above the o2, also the way the stock harness is set up.
This way, if I need to replace the o2 itself, or any piece in between it will all just unplug.
